Original acrylic painting capturing native foxgloves and delicate bumble bee. This painting is a commission for a home nestled in the Surrey Hills and South Downs woodlands. 

The composition balances a soft background with a textured, intricate foreground detail, drawing focus to the refined bumble bee amongst the blooming foxgloves. 

After 17 years, our client sought to capture her home amongst the woodlands as she moved onto the next chapter in her life. She asked for a tribute to those moments in her garden, where time felt like it would stop for her as she noticed the beauty and sat amongst the flowers. This piece celebrates the calming presence of your home.
