I recently completed a small but beautiful, textured acrylic painting of vibrant foxgloves for a client in the Surrey Hills who is embarking on a new chapter. She wanted a special piece to carry the memory of her home, a place she's cherished for 17 years.

Working closely with her, we chose colours that mirror her beloved garden: deep forest green and rich magenta. The foxgloves themselves became a tribute to the woodlands that have surrounded her throughout her time there, capturing the essence of the landscape she knows so well.

As she moves forward to her next adventure, she'll take this piece with her—a tangible reminder of the beauty and belonging she's found in the Surrey Hills and it's woodland areas. There's something deeply meaningful about creating art that honours a place and a moment in someone else's life.... Good luck in your new chapter!
